Statty Privacy Policy

Overview

Statty ("we", "our", or "us") is a sports statistics tracking app for coaches and teams. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your email address, provided via Google or Apple Sign-In. We do not store passwords.
• Team and roster data — player names, jersey numbers, positions, and game statistics that you enter.
• Game data — scores, play-by-play events, and game results that you record.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the app is used (e.g. features accessed), collected anonymously.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Statty app and its features.
• To save and sync your team rosters, game data, and statistics.
• To generate public-facing game summaries and season stats pages you choose to share.
• To improve the app based on usage patterns.
• To send important service-related communications (e.g. account or security notices).

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Player Data and Minors

Statty is designed for coaches to track team statistics. Player data (names and jersey numbers) entered into the app is used solely for statistical tracking purposes within your program. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. Coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions before entering player information.

Public Sharing

Statty allows you to share public links to game summaries and season stats. Any data visible on those public pages is shared at your discretion. You can choose not to share any links.

Your Rights

• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
• You may export or request a copy of your data.
• You may update or correct your account information at any time.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Statty:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Expo / EAS — app build and distribution infrastructure.
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
• Vercel — web hosting.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data handling.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Statty after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
